How Booking Works
Pick your time
Choose a date and how many of you there are. Two people or thirty — same form, same minute.
Authorise $10 a head
Your card is held, not charged. The hold is released the moment you walk in, so booking costs you nothing.
Turn up and settle in
We release the hold, you order at the bar and settle in. On most days, you're welcome to stay while your table is available; demand and later bookings may affect how long we can keep it for you.
Up to 30 people can book right here, online. No minimum spend, no venue hire fee, no set menu — work drinks, birthdays and farewells all go through the same form. The Fine Print,
Without the Fine Print
- Two to thirty people. Anything in that range books online in under a minute. Fewer than two and you're a walk-in — which is fine, just come in.
- $10 per person card hold. An authorisation, not a payment — nothing is taken from your account. We release it when you arrive.
- No minimum spend. Not on a Tuesday, not on a Saturday, not for a table of thirty. You buy what you buy.
- We hold your table 10 minutes. Running late? Ring us and we'll hold it as long as you need.
- No-shows are charged the $10 a head. Only if we hear nothing at all and nobody arrives — a quick call always sorts it.
- Bar service. Order at the bar, the way a pub should work. No waiting for someone to notice you.
- Snacks and BYO both work. We sell crisps, nuts, pork scratchings, beef jerky, pork pies and scotch eggs over the bar. Or bring takeaway from anywhere in Docklands — no plates or cutlery, and packaging leaves with you.
Walk-ins are always welcome
No booking needed — just come in and we'll find you a spot, even when it's busy. Booking is only really worth it on event nights, when the room fills before the gates open.

Up to thirty of you can book straight through the form on this page — no enquiry, no waiting on a reply, no minimum spend. It's the same booking whether there's two of you or twenty-eight.

Five Minutes From the Gates
We're a five to seven minute walk from Marvel Stadium. On AFL and concert nights the room fills early and stays full — so if you want a guaranteed table before the gates open, book it.
We open at midday on Fridays and Saturdays, which gives you a few unhurried rounds beforehand. And we're one of the closest bars to the ground afterwards, open late both nights.
A word on big nights
When something major is on next door we cap how many group bookings we take, so tables don't run into each other and walk-ins still get looked after. Book early on those nights — they go.

Docklands gets busy around these. If you want a table rather than a spot at the bar, get it locked in early — they go before the day.
- Thu 10 – Sat 12 Sep NFL in Melbourne · Rams v 49ers The game's at the MCG on the Friday with a 10.35am kick-off, so the whole afternoon and evening is free — and the Kickoff Festival runs Thursday through Saturday. Docklands will be full of visitors all three days. We're open from midday Friday and Saturday.
- Thu 24 Sep Dom Dolla · Marvel Stadium Sold out, 8pm start, five minutes' walk away. Get in from 3pm for a proper pint before you head over, and we're here afterwards too.
- Fri 25 – Sat 26 Sep Grand Final weekend Friday is the public holiday and Saturday is the day itself. No tellies here — but if you want somewhere you can actually talk before or after, this is it. A 15% surcharge applies on the public holiday.

381 Docklands Drive
Trams 70, 86 and 35 stop directly outside at Stop D10, inside the free tram zone. It's one of the easiest bars in Docklands to reach from the CBD, and about five to seven minutes' walk from Marvel Stadium.
On foot from town, head along Bourke Street toward the waterfront and follow Docklands Drive south — we're on the left. Driving? There's street parking and public car parks nearby, but the tram means you can have another pint.
