Meet Cailey – A Proud Highland Dancer

Cailey Finlayson has been dancing since she was four, embodying the spirit, tradition, and pride of Scottish culture through Highland Dancing. Her dedication has taken her across Australia and the world, including standout performances at the Highland Games in Scotland and placing at prestigious championships such as the British Overseas Championships and Cowal World Championships.

Now Cailey is preparing to take the next step in her journey. With dreams of returning to Scotland, competing at the highest level, and performing internationally at military tattoos and major championships, she needs our support. Highland Dancing is entirely self-funded, and the costs of travel, accommodation, entries, and gear quickly add up.

In her own words: "I love helping younger dancers and seeing them grow to love this sport as much as I do. In the future, I hope to take on the Meincke School of Highland Dancing and continue the legacy passed through three generations before me."
