Where to walk your dog
Try a section of NewQuay Promenade or Victoria Harbour Promenade. Pick a return point rather than assuming the harbour is a short continuous loop. Our waterfront guide explains the different stretches.
Parks and shared space
Follow the signs at each park and path, keep clear of cyclists and pedestrians, and choose a quieter route if crowds unsettle your dog. Do not treat unmarked green space as an off-lead area. Bring bags and take waste with you.

If you want dinner at the pub, BYO takeaway is welcome. Bring whatever you need to eat it; we do not provide plates or cutlery. Check another venue’s dog policy directly before assuming your dog can accompany you indoors there.
